TourMind Invited to Participate in the APEC Tech for Good Workshop, Highlighting Responsible AI Applications in the Travel Industry

TourMind was invited to participate in the APEC Tech for Good Workshop, held in Qianhai, Shenzhen, from July 8 to 10, 2026.

The workshop was guided by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and jointly organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, and the Beijing International Exchange Association. It is an APEC cooperation project approved under the Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI) and one of the key initiatives of APEC China 2026.

The workshop focused on topics including AI governance, digital technologies for sustainable development, and international cooperation in science and innovation. It brought together more than 50 government officials, academics, technology business leaders, and representatives from international organizations across 17 APEC member economies to explore pathways for innovation and collaboration under the theme of "Technology for Good."
